Security & Confidentiality
We understand that security and confidentiality is of high importance to any organisation. Unlike other signature builders on the market, using LiSS does not require us to access to any of your incoming or outgoing emails. We simply embed the signature into Outlook so that it is immediately available when you are composing your email.

What’s involved?
1: Connect your account to Microsoft Entra
Once your account is set up you are instructed to connect it to Microsoft Entra. This will allow LiSS to retrieve a list of active email accounts and the departments within your organisation.
2: Create your signature and set up replacement fields
Add the HTML markup for your signature and add all the fields that you wish to replace. It’s easy to preview the signature for any user as you construct it. Set up the conditions for when the signature should be applied.
Writing HTML is not hard, but getting a signature to work correctly across different email clients can be difficult.

3: Roll out your new signature organisation wide
When your account is set up a unique manifest XML file will be generated that you can use to install on a per account basis or across your entire organisation. We include the instructions to download the XML file and upload into the appropriate place.
